Hi, my name is Jyotika Anand. I have been a makeup artist for more than ten years, and a fitness coach for fourteen — and somewhere along the way, these professions made me a life coach.
Today, I want to show you a different mirror — the mirror within your life.
Here is how this journey works. Every week, you will receive a card with a theme — like Faith, or Fear, or Courage. On that card, you will write your own intention for the week, and why it matters to you. That intention stays with you, at the top of every single day that week — so you always know exactly who you are choosing to be, before the day even begins.
Each day then has a simple rhythm: a morning mirror ritual in my voice, and then your to–do list — the same work, the same chores, the same life you are already living. This is not a separate journal, sitting apart from your real life. It is the opposite. This is about how you show up inside the life you already have — as your true self, instead of your old one. In the evening, you will honestly reflect on the actions you took, sit with a moment of gratitude, and finally, visualize the life you are building.
But before Day One begins, there is one more place we will go together — your starting point. This is where you will name, honestly, the life you want to create over these ninety days, and the patterns you have been running on autopilot until now. This is the “before” — the place we will look back on together, three months from today.

This is a journey inward. Everything outside you — your work, your money, your relationships, your body — is a reflection of the one within.
When the mirror shows a frown or a stray hair, you don’t argue with the glass. You change yourself — and the reflection follows, instantly. Life works exactly the same way.
So why the gap between where you are and where you long to be? Because the image you live in is created by the person within — the sum of how you have been being, thinking, speaking, and acting — most of it on autopilot. That autopilot is the gap.
